Soy oil

Soy oil – it is received from soy beans. In world production of vegetable oils it occupies one of the main places. It contains linoleic acid which interferes with growth of cancer cages, vitamins C and E, salts of potassium, magnesium, sodium, and phosphorus. Soy oil  is used for filling of salads, snack, meat and fish dishes. The quality of the soy oil  which was made in Ukraine, is determined by the DSTU 4534-2006 standard
